Lord Wingus Eternium is the name of the bird that is on Two-legs Joe's back, literally being a part of him. When he was young, Beak Altius trained and took care of him, he left his friends and family to protect the growth in his legs, Two-legs Joe.  He is know to make all the flash backs in the island and is voiced by Tom McCamus.
