Lord Wingus Eternium is the name of the bird that is on Two-legs Joe's back, literally being a part of him. When he was young, B'eak Altius trained and took care of him, he left his friends and family to protect the growth in his legs, Two-legs Joe. He is know to make all the flash backs in the island and is voiced by Tom McCamus.
He is not a fan of speaking in public very often, preferring to speak when in more secluded and private settings as shown in There Will Be Stomp, but he did go against that by speaking in front of both Peri and Entrée in One Joe Wingus.
